Bookings

A booking is confirmed once our team verifies the slot with you by phone or message. Slots are subject to availability and may be rescheduled with your consent.

Please provide accurate patient details. Reports are issued in the name and details provided at booking.

Service area

Bookings are accepted only for the cities listed on this website. Home sample collection is available only for serviceable PIN codes in those cities.

Prices and payment

Prices shown on the website include all charges for the listed tests unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets) at the time of booking.

Home sample collection is free within 10 km of the nearest Live Line centre. Beyond 10 km, a travel charge of ₹15 per km applies, worked out from your location and shown at checkout before you pay.

Preparation

You are responsible for following preparation instructions such as fasting. Not following them may affect results or require a repeat sample.
